Danger Park is a light-weight map-building game of sabotage and fraud for 2-4 players. During play, players act as investors in a failing theme park, attempting to make as much money before the park is closed due to injury, illness, and general destruction. Spread infestations, leave dangerous malfunctions, and collect convenient insurance policies. Over 30 unique rides with beautiful art by Moy Shing Hung, and a deck of powerful improvement cards to add chaos to the process of out-profiting your friends & family.

Hey all! Shorter update today as we cruise onwards~ we look forward to reviews being posted in the next few days, and encourage everyone to share and pass along the link to the campaign. We want to hit some of the fantastic stretch goals, including the unique destroyed ride art for each ride!
We have a video posted by Never Bored Gaming playing through the game that you should check out. Also, if you get a chance, like and subscribe; we always appreciate their content and keep track of them (I personally keep an eye on their Instagram for game recommendations!)
Ride Reveal
Also a ride reveal! Here is the Gravy Train in all its glory! When single patrons leave this ride, they bring Grease with them, adding it to other rides. It may seem like a good idea to steal patrons from here (like any other ride), but the liability may prove too big for some! Not to mention Grease is flammable- there are some cards that can use it to close down rides!

What A First Day!
First off, a big thank you to everyone supporting our work so far. We are a fairly new company trying to break into a larger market, and your support big and small makes us feel seen and heard. What a fantastic first day too! We hope you get a chance to recommend the Kickstarter to others to encourage them to back. We want to not only fund, but show off some amazing stretch goals!
Additional Rewards
We are expanding the quantity on the Entrepreneurial Sideshow level. If this was of interest to you, there are now more slots. We did this because of how fast the level sold out (just a few hours!) and we wanted to make more available. We also talked it over and we will be adding the names of the designers, if they would be okay with that, to the cards themselves, rather than just to the rulebook. This is optional, but a great way to show our appreciation for our top-tier backers.

Ride Reveals & Design Survey
We will be revealing rides and improvements all along the way, including those designed by via survey and various backers. This also means the first Ride Survey is now open! Click here to suggest types of rides to add to the park. Feel free to enter multiple ideas!
This ride above is a reference to a certain scary singing river ride. It is the only 'immune' ride so far in the park, meaning Vomit cannot accumulate on it like other danger can. This keeps it safe from Sick Patrons, but also means that when it closes, it can unleash a torrent of trouble on the park.

The whole team got here in time to symbolically press the button together.... which is not true, since it was everyone yelling at me (Jono) to press the button and get it over with while I insisted on passionate speeches. There were no speeches, but we were and are all very excited! We put a lot of work into this project, and know this is just the beginning! We are fans of weird games with memorable moments and interactions between mechanics (the game type, not the car type). We hope to add to it a whole bunch through stretch goals and in the future.

We moved most of our internal company banter to this platform so you can tune in and help me (Jono) heckle Bobby (my arch-nemesis). Keep it fun and clean, and take the chance to chat about rides and games, and to tell us if you have ACTUALLY been to Action Park, NJ or any of its successors (like Ben has). Jakob is keeping an eye on the chat the most, and messaging him helps land any sort of quick Discord-related action (like reporting issues and harassment). What rides will we design together? I am excited to find out! We will start with just chatting about them for the next few days before heading into formal surveys/polls.
